Mybackup Pro Restore tips?

Just received my replacement "like new" phone today and I'm trying to restore all the apps that I backed up on the sd card yesterday from my old phone, but it's saying there is an sd card error? Not sure what I did wrong in the backup. When I go to back up, the file with the date I backed up on is there, so I know it sees the file, but it's not loading them now. It just starts to, then an error message pops up. Anyone else have this issue? I'm hoping this is an easy fix. I haven't sent back the other phone yet so all hope is not lost. Also, I have the paid version of mybackup Pro. Thanks all
