My Droid 3 was bricked!!!!

Dear sir, damn

I was used my droid 3 for a month. so today while I'd download the app from app market, my droid 3 was restarting for several times. so it freeze on the page of droid motion and let sometime come through the normal page.

so it flash for a while and then shown....

Battery OK
OK to Program

so... after that it wasn't awake again!!! How can I do?? OMG!!!!

I'd suggest taking it to a VZW store. Unless of course you are rooted, then we will have to see what we can do. Keep it off for now, as you will need battery to fix it.

Are you sure you still have enough battery power? Can you borrow a battery and try it again?

I plugin the power line, it shown light bulb near the mini-USB port. Is it mean charge??

Normally yes. But on a phone that's locked in recovery or boot looping, I don't think it is actually charging.

If the LED by the mini-USB port lights, that means your battery is totally discharged, to the point where the phone probably won't boot properly. Let it charge. The reason the light is there is for the phone to show some indication it's charging. But, like Bayou said, given your situation, it might not be. Give it a while and see what happens.
