The Motorola RAZR HD LTE was just launched in Canada by the carrier Rogers (selling for $99 bucks on a new 3-year agreement). Additionally, this news comes with a rumor that we will likely see the launch of Verizon's version, the Droid RAZR HD on October 18th. We have no confirmation of this, but most of the "rumint" floating around the web supports this. Here's a recap on the next Moto flagship device,
  • Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (upgradeable to Jelly Bean)
  • 4.7 inch Super AMOLED HD display
  • 8MP rear camera
  • 1.3MP front-facing camera
  • Kevlar coating
  • 1.5GHz dual-core processor
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 16GB of internal memory
As always we will keep our ears open for anything new and let you know ASAP!

^^. Yeah. 3 years certainly seems odd. With all the great new phones coming out so often, a two-year agreement seems one year too long.

lol@3 year agreement

Yeah carrier subsidization is crazy in Canada. 3 year contacts. They get phones at a lot cheaper price when renewing their agreement but they are locked in for a long time.

It's beautiful... I'm also dying to throw that wallpaper on my OG Razr, anyone know where to find it?

I'm super excited... it's upgrade time from my Thunderbolt!

All I have to do is decide between this or if big red gets that GS III mini?

Side note, my brother works for a Verizon store (not corporate), he says they're doing training on the HD Maxx and that the 18th is true.

GsIII has touch wiz.. deal breaker for me... moto has done a great job with subtle changes and IMO only improves on vanilla android these days. Not the case with samsung...
