My Droid has been acting oddly when it comes to managing email. My emails from my pop.bizmail account have recently started to present mismatched headers and bodies - I receive current header/subjects containing very old email content. Also, I have started to receive emails with the 12/31/1969 date - these emails have the correct date when I login my email account directly.
I completely deleted my pop.bizmail account - I then recreated the account only to immediately receive the same emails with the 1969 dates - WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE EMAIL ON THE Droid ???

Try this:

Place the phone in "Safe Mode"
How?

1. open the Qwerty Key board press and hold the menu key on the key board and the power key.
the phone will shut down.
When it comes back on it will display safe mode at the bottom of the screen
2. check the calendar and see if it is showing right time now.
3. to remove safe mode just power cycle the phone again

@Backnblack - thank you very much for the reply.

I'm curious... How exactly is this supposed to solve and intermittent problem that occurs with what seems to be random emails?
Have you experienced what I and the others, throughout the forum, have been asking for a resolution or a technical explanation?

Thanks again...
Tim

@Backnblack - Thanks again for the suggestion of using Safe Mode.

Data and time are CORRECT on the phone.

I do NOT believe that your suggestion is a solution to the email date problem.

Don't stop with the suggestions.
