Milestone update error?

Ive got the moto milestone... obviously.
on the T-mobile network
Everytime I try to update my firmware it says;
Unable to connect
The device is unable to connect to the the server.
Try again later.

does this mean the update hasnt been released or is there an actually connection issue that I need to fix?

Normally, it means the update server is too busy!
(due to everybody else trying and trying, just like you are doing it... LOL)

Just keep trying; or use the Motorola Update software from your computer.

If you have a PC go to the Motorola webby and get the Software Update tool software. You choose your country and mobile type then download the software, install, plug your phone in via USB then follow the instructions that pop up. No-one has confirmed yet in the UK that the update has arrived here.
