Is anybody else having a problem with the market Fc alot today. I dl an app and it dls and installs fine but as soon as it is finished the market FCs? then when I am out of market I get a message again that market needs to FC... anybody else???

try clearing your cache, that should help.
settings > apps> market> clear cache
