jetta auxiliary apple converter pandora

I have a 2008 vw jetta and paid extra to have apple ipod connection rather than a universal auxiliary cord port. However, I have a HTC Droid Eris and want to use my phone to play pandora and the apple port won't fit in my phone. Is there a apple auxiliary cord that can plug into droid phone so I can play pandora through my car? So far no one seems to think so without pulling out the entire apple auxuliary port out of the console of my car. Thanks
