It is asking me for a new password for exchange email -- is something going on here?

    My Incredible was being non responsive so I had to pull the battery and after doing so, I now receive a pop-up notification:

    "Attention - your exchange server requires that you enable security to continue synchronizing, Do you want to continue?"

    If I select OK, it prompts me the a new password for unlock...

    Why would it do this? If I cancel, it keeps coming back.

    I have a Droid and use Exchange. I've flashed several different roms and on occasions have pulled my battery. When I install a new rom I wipe which requires me to reactivate then reconfigure my apps. That is the only time that I've ever needed to or been requested to reenter my password.

    A quick visit with your IT may be a good next step to see if perhaps they made a change at their end.

    Our exchange server requires us to change our password every 14 days....Check with your IT goons....
