Is there a way to get a T9 keyboard on the Droid 2?

I new to the Droid 2 as I just got it last week. Is there a way to get a T9 keyboard on the Droid 2? and is there anyother suggestions you can give me?

look up HTC IME keyboards. works like a charm for my rooted D1

Will that get me a regular (dumbphone) keyboard? I've tried to figure it out and I'm lost.
