Hello Droid Forums I throw myself at your mercy here.
I have a rooted droid 1 phone. It is also running nandroid as it's backend.
I used the guides from rootyourdroid.com to preform these "enhancements" well no the site is defunct and I'm left with a phone I'm unable to update to froyo.
When trying to run install update I keep getting the error
assert failed: apply_patch_check("/system/app/youtube.odex", and then this long string of numbers E:Error in /sdcard/update.zip
(Status 7)
I'm able to run Advanced Nandroid Backup to an updated file however whenever its done and I try to reboot my phone it sits at the glowing eye and never fully boots.
If anyone knows anything I should try please let me know thanks.
