Every time i try to update my phone it gets about a third of the way done installing, according to the indicator when it fails, it then reboots. when it loads it says "Update Status, The software update failed!" i am downloading it manually from the settings menu. i have tried a factory reset and catch wipe too. Anybody have any thoughts?

I have read something about an issue with safestrap... also have you unrooted if you are rooted because that's caused issues also.

It is unrooted... i used the razr utility to do everything

Huh. Install went just fine. Everything seems perfect. Except... My Gallery keeps crashing as soon as it opens, so I have no way to browse my pictures.

Downloaded it here in California last night. Btw, I never did receive a notification...just happen to check "system update" and it said there was an update available.
