How to COMPLETELY wipe my phone

i ran rsdlite and replaced the sbf
i did hard reset from privacy menu and the x and power button method
Are there any other ways to wipe data.
Im just trying to figure out how a game i have installed on my phone even after everything i have done when i re-install the game it still remembers me. I even changed my google account to a different email address.
Curiosity is just killing me.

It's probably recognizing you by your MDN or IMEI, which can't be changed.
