i tried creating one, but every time I replace the one from /data/local/, it the screen is black after the m logo. I downloaded the droid 2 boot animation from another thread and that works, but if i extract it and then repack it, then it will not work on my droid x. Is there a program i could use or someting to change to custom boot screens? There wasn't a difference between the droid 2 bootanimation.zip after i repacked it.
