How much RAM after ics?

My available ram sometimes drops to below 100 Mb for long periods of time which causes the phone to be very laggy.
before I c s I was maintaining almost 300.
I did an FDR before upgrading.
any ideas?

Right now mine is sitting at 290MB free, course I have to be honest I never check that so not sure if that is where it usually stays. I will keep an eye on it and see what kind of numbers I am getting.

I am rooted but no APPS frozen and on the .214 leak if it makes a difference.

Mine typically runs 50/50...50% used and 50% free. That is considerably higher than what I was experiencing on GB. Yes, ICS runs much "fatter" than GB.
