For example, when I go to imdb.com I want to see the full web page, not the mobile version.
Is there a way to do this (w/o clicking on the full site button available at the site used in this example)?

1st type about:debug into the search bar than press go.
2nd go to your menu and select more, scroll down to setting and select.
3rd scroll down to ua string and select desktop and than press the back button.
you will have to do this every time you want to visit a full web page instead of mobile. It will work with every page.
if some one knows a easier way let me know. Hope this helps

Firefox has the same type of setting and it sticks when you set it.
