My wife and I got our Motorola Droids a few months ago. It was our first jump to smartphones, and we love it. I love the touch screen abilities, and the apps are great on this phone (and improving daily). Can't wait for 2.2 to get pushed to the phone, so I can move apps to the SD card - that's my only complaint on the phone.

Thanks CK. I've been on for a bit, just reading. It took me a while to get around to the intro post. One thing I'm going to start looking into is app development for the Droid - searching for info on app development is what actually led me to this forum. I need to get familiar with eclipse soon, which means I need to dust off Java knowledge I haven't used in a while.
