Help please-idiot at the helm

Ok, I've been out most of the day and haven't gotten much restoration work done yet, including rooting.
I have tried to install several of my apps from the market. Some of them seem to have "disappeared" in that they no longer exist in the market.
Paypal, Winds of Steel (paid, the demo is still there), Real HDMI.
I'm guessing that something has changed with my phone that I can no longer see these apps. Any ideas?

During the sbf process you moved the tools folder...did you move it back to doroot?

I'm not sure what you mean here. I didn't pull anything from the file that I used to root the first time.

Rooted!
This worked like a charm. I'm using a Windows 7 machine and had to run the program as an administrator for it to work. Charge only mode with USB debugging enabled.

I'll need to kick this guy a donation.
