GQueues...anyone else using it?

Was highly disapointed with the fact that if you want to use the RTM App for more then 15 days, you have to upgrade to pro. Think I'll be sticking with Google. I have no problem paying for services I think are useful, but I like to take my time evaluating things.

I have recently jumped in also. I'm having a bit of a problem understanding the following.

1. I want to share with three people.
a. One person has to resond by a given date, the total papers done.
b. The two other people can check on that given date to see how many papers are done.
c. If person "a." has not edited the record, given number of papers, by given date the other two people will get a notice of failure to comply, on the given date.
