i goit the phone today. all i can cxureently do it call/text because the lady said there was a glitch when activating and the 3g is still "powing on" and it should come on by itself in a few hours. true? also how easily does the screen scartch? do i NEED a protector? thanks

That seems a little weird. Mine activated without problems. I always grab a screen protector for any phone. The screen seems really smooth with it on anyways. No matter how tough the glass there's always a chance of scratching it.
