Gmail time sync issues

I am having problems with my Gmail calender entries syncing with my DX. The times are not syncing properly to my DX. After placing an entry on my PC, I then have to go into my calender on my DX and edit the times. I am using the Launcher Pro calender widget, can this be the problem?
