if that's the case, Apple will be penalizing the editor with the full extent of the law... :mad:

If they would have returned the device before being contacted, I would bet Apple would be playing nice. But they took it apart, photographed and posted it and Apple had to lawyer up to get it back. You can bet they are going to burn him. (Or at least try)

man im glad i dont use an iphone anymore. It would be as lame as still useing a blackdroid rom.

They received what is clearly stolen merchandise. I would be arrested if I did that, so why not them? I don't care about the iphone but the law is the law.
