DroidX newbie. couple questions?

1st.- I can verly hear the phone couple meters away, is there any way to make the volume lauder any app or some way?

2nd.-I go to mexico very often., in my storm there was an option to check if the phone was out of verizon service to stop the data, do this phone has this?

3rd.- I can't see attachments in my yahoo app. how can i fix this?

1. That's a common problem that needs to be fixed with a update.
2. Go to settings, data manager, data delivery, data when roaming.
3. No clue don't use
