Nice! I'm glad it worked for you! I don't need it now but I can see there would be time where it would be nice to have the LED disabled. It's cool to have the option available via widget.
Some apps have independent settings for audible and LED alerts. You could always set your notification volume all the way down. Under "Settings", "Sounds", "Volumes". It let's you control your notification volume separately from media, ringtones, and alarms. That may work for you!Is it possible to get the notification light without an audible alert? That was offered on my X but don't see how to do it with the HD.
