I have been using 0.12.11.0 for about a week now, and I totally love it. It is a great ROM.
What I am having those, is slow performance. Navigating through menus seems slower than other ROMs, restoring from the lock screen is definitely slower (using the stock launcher and tried Launcher Pro), pulling down the notification bar takes a few tries, and opening apps are a few areas I have noticed when compared to other ROMs I use.
I can crank up SetCPU to accommodate for this, but then my battery life dwindles down to a few hours. Am I unique in this issue? Those with slow performance, do you just accept it because of how great the ROM is? I've tried a couple different kernels, maybe I just need to try a few more?
I really like this ROM and want to keep using it, so I am hoping this is just something on my end that I can get some input on to resolve. I have one of the very first Droids sold in my area if that makes any difference.
