Download issue

Whenever I try to download apps the downloads just hang out there & nothing happens. What would cause this. The other day I tried to download an 760k app from the android mkt. & it just seemed like it kept downloading & nothing happened. I just backed out of it.
It doesn't seem like I can download anything anymore. Can someone help? Sometimes I get a triangle when it's downloading but still nothing.

Did you go in settings > battery /data manager> then press data saver and make sure its not enabled.

Try going into Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>Google Play Store>Force Stop

Then go back to the Market and try again

Go to "Settings>Applications>manage application" now find Play store app and tap on it. Now clear it cache, data and restart the phone and try to download apps on the market. If its not work use factory reset.
