Don't know what to do..

Hey pplz i just got my brothers moto droid and today it showed froyo 2.2 update i did everything but it says( E:update zip install blocked )and at the bottom installation aborted..any advice on what to do..

Welcome! I'm not clear on the issue so please add if I'm not on target.

It appears that you received the OTA update and it has been blocked. If you are rooted then the failure is expected. If you are not rooted then the update should have been successful.
