Dead/Stuck Pixels

Anyone noticed any yet? I just had my first white one right in the middle of the damn screen and its bugging the crap out of me. Do you guys think I should get it replaced? Only thing stopping me is the horror stories about refurbished phone. :/

I don't know if they have many/any refurbished D4s yet so this may be the time to do it rather than waiting six months.
