Dead Battery

Hello everyone!!!

I just have a quick question that I hope you all may be able to answer. My wife has a RAZR M and all the sudden the last couple days it wont hold a charge. This was never an issue until about a week ago, one day it just didn't last. This morning she was on facebook for about 10 minutes and her battery went from full to 10% in that time. Is there any report of these phones getting a virus?? I have never heard of a virus on cell phone but guess it is possible.....

Nope not a virus. Are you using the OEM charger? Maybe drain it all the way down then let it charge 100% before turning it back on.

Make sure it's actually charging. If your wife is like mine, she just plugs it in and runs and doesn't look to make sure the charging symbol is on. Just sayin...
Chargers mess up easier than the battery.
