Connecting to my computer???

I had to do a factory reset on my phone a month or so ago. Now for what ever reason when I connect my Rezound to either of my computers I get an autoplay message asking me to install some verizon software. Does any one know what this might be or if it's a good or bad thing. It makes me nervous to install.

That's always been there. I think it's HTC's software package. I can't remember if it is or not, but don't bother with it. That was one of the first things we learned how to disable when the Rezound came out.
