Hello,
I decided to buy a rezound today and I must say the phone is awesome! However, I tried connecting it with the usb cable and my computer will not recognize my phone. I've tried resetting my computer several times, resetting my phone several times and still nothing. As a matter of fact, my computer is not recognizing any smartphone that I have. It pull up the found hardware wizard and then doesn't install anything. I have windows xp service pack 3. Are there any setting that I need to fix or any files I need to download to fix this?
