Can't view attachments - please help!

I got my wife a DI and she loves it...but for some reason, now she can no longer view attachments (.jpg, .pdf, etc). She can see the file attached to an email but when she clicks to either view or download, the "fetching" message pops up and nothing ever gets fetched.

Anyone else having this problem or know of a fix?

If it worked before and doesn't work now, I'd suspect an app. Unless your running task killers or antivirus it kind of sounds like a factory data reset may be in order.
