Can't Send photo's in text message since ICS update!?!?!?

Anyone having this problem?

When it goes to resize it comes back with error message "Sorry, you cannot add this picture to your message"

I'm on 4g but can turn on wi-fi. Worked fine before the update.

When I'm on wifi, I can't text photos.
