cant boot into recovery after .6

I dont know if this has happened to anybody else but I cant boot into recovery using bootstrap d2 bootstrapping. I have also tried liberty bootstrap. I tried to download .06 and automatically install it and it still couldnt do it. It goes into the yellow fist and then a black screen and I can only do a battery pull to reboot. Any ideas???

Try turning off USB debugging if it is on. That worked in 0.5 but I'm not on 0.6 yet.
