Best way to Unroot after Unrevoked3?

Hi,
Im wanting to root my phone, and from what I can tell Unrevoked3 is the best way to go about this.
The thing Im unsure about is how can I flash it back to its default state if I need/want to?

This thread leads me to believe that I can just put a file on my SD card, and reboot into HBoot, run it, and I'm back to the default state.
But when Unrevoked flashes the recovery with ClockworkMod, does it replace HBoot? Or is it something different?

And does that method even work with Unrevoked?

I am wondering the same thing. I am playing with the idea of rooting my phone so I can customize it but I would also like to be able to return it to it's "stock, out of the box" state just in case I ever wanted to sell it or even just because. So for all the techies, if someone could confirm this is possible and easy enough it would greatly be appreciated.

Yes, that will take the root away.
