nobody who pre-ordered has lost or gained anything by doing so, so while we thank you for that valued input, why dont you go back to trolling the release date thread since this was a question to people who did pre-order.

People who preordered did loose one thing, the ability to spend that $50 anywhere but Best Buy.

Me too... actually showed up at the store to preorder . VERY glad they didn't let me... although I'm still waiting not-so-patiently for it to come out. At least they threw us a bone and released the Xoom today... didn't they?

I would use the fact that they have $50 of mine tied up indefinately to leverage something out of them. Like a $25 gift card or something. They will probably just offer a $50 refund, but one could still try to get some $$$ out of them.
