In a app such as Spare Parts, what's your mV readings when coming off charger and when it drops to 90% ?

I'm at 4099 and 90% and I've been off charge for a couple of hours too. Try to get a reading immediately when it comes off charger. It really sounds like it's not going much above 4100 when it's coming off charge and then it only has to drop a smidge and it's at the 90% mark.

But keep us posted.

One last thought, are you using a wall charger? Is it the factory charger?

Well that looks 100% normal to me. That means it's not the charger. It could be the battery or a software issue. Both of those would be warranty issues.

I'd try a hard reset before calling tech service as that is the first thing they are going to ask you to do anyway.

Good luck.
