I second this question, this is about the only thing that bugs me this otherwise excellent ROM. My eyes hurt from these animations...

Try menu>settings>animation>No animations.

If that isn't what you are looking for, you can speed up/slow down the speed of the ApeX transitions in the Spare Parts app already loaded on your phone.

Or if neither of those butter your biscuit, go to the market and JRummy has an app called "Anim Mod" that should work for you!
