adb problems

The internet was no help. I have gotten this to work before but now it is not. Debugging is on, and the computer does see it, at least it is showing "Android ADB Interface" in the list of Devices. But the terminal will not see it, I tried running it as admin, no help. and rebooted by using "kill-server"

Help?
