a few eris questions....

Hey there. Not sure if this is the correct posting place. I just have a few questions about my droid eris.

-I accidentally changed from 5 home screen to 7 home screens and now I can't switch back. How do I do this?

-I have a gmail account, and the gmail app that comes on the phone works great. However, my university e-mail just switched to gmail and I can't figure out how to get the regular "mail" app to use it?
