I can't imagine in not working so I would say almost certainly yes.

im currently running 2.3 with slayer 1.2 kernel with compcache on and runs amazing. So i hope it works again with slayer kernels.

Since 2.4 and all variants are built from the previous version, I do not see why Compcache, or any other feature for that matter, would not work. Still awaiting the arrival .

I just noticed that Cyanogen 6.1 Final has just been released...going to flash that in the meantime.

Just flashed cm6.1.0, after about 30 minutes with the ROM I flashed back to UD, I'm anxious to see what 2.4 has in store as I had issues with 2.3 but loved all the new options.

i flashed UD 2.3 from sapphire 1.1.1 without wiping data and it runs great also did compcache only problem is i hate the keyboard and 3d app drawer wont work right.
