The buttons for phone and messaging are on the draw bar lockscreen on 2.3 but not the rotary lockscreen - unless you are running the 12-3 nightly

I can't use the draw bar lockscreen as it is unnatural for my thumb to slide like that -

...so the upgraded features on the rotary are a huge bonus to me

I think its a live wallpaper called digiwallpaper. I might be wrong though lol

It is a LWP called Digital Wall - Customizable with hidden messages - colors - hidden message color - size - speed - it is the only wallpaper I run and well worth the dollar I think it costs - there is a free version but it is not as customizable
