Won't turn on, and blinking light while charging

Hi, I have my mom's Droid X here, and it won't turn on. When I plug it into the USB charger on the computer it has a solid green light like it's charging. When I take it and plug the USB cable into the wall USB adapter the green light blinks slowly. And when I use a Micro USB wall charger(a regular charger like one you would have for anything else, no detachable USB cable, and it was bought from Verizon) the green light flashes fast. And it won't turn on at all. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried using the charger that came with the phone and letting it charge for a few hours from wall outlet?

Battery is to low charging from pc won't work wall wart charger for half hour to get it started. Then till full charge.

i got the same problem. i flashed rubix 1.6 and now bootstrap gave an error than Dx turned off and wont come back on. any ideas?
