I am currently on the new TranQ 3.5 rom. I have not used tether before this so I'm not sure if it is the rom or not... I have tried Wireless Tether, TBH's 3g Hotspot, Easy Tether, and Pdanet. They all work for about 10 minutes or so and then just stop working. I have 3G and full bars, so I'm not sure what is going on. Right now I'm pinging yahoo.com and getting 1000-2000ms, and I know eventually it will say request timeout because that is what it always does.
Is anyone else having this problem? Anyone have any suggestion?
edit - i used 3g mobile hotspot to post this, and right after I posted it, 3g hotspot stopped working saying 3g data link lost. Also, when I am pinging right before the service cuts out it says destination net unreachable.
I can use the internet on my phone just fine.
