Wifi near zone. Wifi won't stay off.

Can not turn off Wifi when in a wifi near zone. It goes off for 2 secs then right back on. What has possessed my phone? Thanks..
 
Figured it out, in wireless settings managing wifi was set to remember wifi

file:///C:/Users/frank/Desktop/sh-wifi3.jpg
