This option mysteriously vanished a while ago while I was using the fission rom. Recently, I installed gummyJAR2.5, clean install. I mean, I did not SBF, but I did a clean wipe and install. even formatted my SDcard.
Anyhow, it was once located in SETTINGS>SOUND>FEEDBACK>MEDIA
but now the "media" is long gone and I can't find it anywhere. I hoped the reinstall would fix it.
one thing I noticed. in titanium(I've since completely erased my old backups) at the bottom, there were many items listed in grey with a line through them. one said something like "media audio effects".
it's gone now. not sure if that helps.
