Cellebrite is the tool that verizon wireless uses to transfer contacts from different phones. Is that what you are wondering it is?

Dunno. I don't have one but Brian1 explanation would cover why I don't since I didn't have Verizon transfer my contacts.

I know what the Cellebrite is but there is a cellebrite.vcf on the SD card.

Verizon didn't move my contacts.

I think this might have something to do with it: High-Tech Police Spying Sparks Privacy Battle - FoxNews.com

From the article: Michigan State Police Thursday defended their use of a high-tech device that connects to almost any personal cell phone -- and in mere minutes downloads its entire contents, including call logs, texts, photos and web history. State police say the device, called the Cellebrite UFED, is an effective tool in fighting crime.
