If this is the wrong forum, mods can move this thread.

Anyway - we've seen that Flash 10.1 support is supposed to be coming this year, hopefully sooner than later.

I'm curious - what will flash change for you? With flash, what will you do on your phone that you didn't do before?

I'll start.

For me, I hope to be able to watch Hulu and go on a few websites that I can't now (one for school... that, sadly, is run by flash!) and one that my friend has (it's a blog website).

What about everyone else? What do you hope to do with flash 10.1 support on your phone that you can't do now?

I hope to illuminate other wise dark photos.................

In all seriousness though there are a few radio stations I want to listen to that use flash, so that will be the biggest thing for me.

From what I have read I believe I'll be able to access my Slingbox on the web via flash sooner than I can expect to see a dedicated app as on WinMo and crapple.

I'm excited to be able to stream videos (posted on Smugmug) of my little girl for my family.

Any news or sports site pretty much uses at least some Flash. So, that.

Several of the websites that I frequent require flash. My current solution, if I must access one of these sites, is to log in remotely through my home computer using PhoneMyPC. Flash will make this a lot easier.

News and sports

For me it is all about being able to watch news and sports clips. Mostly sports.

Post game interviews from my favorite team sites.

I don't plan to watch extended video on my Droid, but I find viewing trailers for new flicks satisfying and I want to be able to do the same for sports.

Doubtful I would watch 30 minutes of video but a 2 min trailer or a two minute interview is absolutely something I would do.

Careful with the P word, lol. I think I said it in a thread a few days ago and a mod eviscerated the thread to pieces, removing posts and editing things and such! It was kind of cool.

Anyway, this is cool. I figured a lot of people would want to watch shorter length clips. News and sports seem to be big trends.

Cool.
