What should I tell the guys at verizon?

Okay guys thanks. I didnt send it into verizon.
So can anyone help me with this problem then?

Im running windows 7 64, and rdslite patched to the latest version. I tried to flash the 2.3.something onto my droid 2. I can't remember the exact file, im on my itouch atm.
I was running liberty 2.0

I have never used rsdlite, so I couldnt tell you the exact procedure. Just make sure your drivers are up to date OR a known working version for your phone, and make sure to right click and run rsd as administrator.

Still not working :(

Can someone give me exact steps and with the exact files to download? It would be so helpful. RSD Lite says it succesfully flashed, but then my phone just reboots into bootloader.

Dont jump the gun and return if you dont have to. Id try a reliable sbf to the bootloader. And to be honest the VZ guy will just steer you to a new phone, warrenty is blown if you are rooting and such.

How will he know i'm rooted?
Haha, well its kinda obvious. What else makes it so the bootloader will work but nothing else will? While im not sure they are all smarties, the phone usually dont just act like that. Im not even sure that symptom has any other cause.

Yes, it's obvious that I rooted my phone, but there is no hard proof. I know it's unethical, and I'm not going to return my phone to Verizon, but they can't just say, "I think you rooted your phone so we aren't gonna do anything"

Guys, I am starting to lose hope. Now I am getting a code corrupt error. The common fix for this is to boot in recovery and wipe data but I am stuck in boot loader mode. During the flashing process in my windows tray a message popped up saying "This USB Device Has Malfunctioned"

Update:

Okay I sfb'ed my phone succesfully I guess, but for some reason I am still on Liberty ROM?? This doesnt make sense

Your phone is not even anywhere close to beyond repair. Tell us the steps you took, phone you have, which rsdlite you have and which SBF file you have.

Sure they can. Have you ever dealt with them for phone support issues?

What else would cause your device to end up with this issue? It's software -- not a manufacturing defect (i.e. not covered by warranty).

They'll just charge you $300 and send you a photo of the bootloader screen.
