I sent my X2 to Verizon for warranty replacement. The phone they sent back wouldn't activate. When i called they said the reason was that the phone was stolen. they didn't have any more. Lol. That's how i got my RAZR.
I bought a phone off Ebay with a cracked screen and the guy had left 3 videos of him and his wife......ya know, as well as nude pictures of the wife. I'm guessing she's be pretty p.o.'d if she knew she was floating around the phone repair circuit for all Android nerds to enjoy
Motorola has been in trouble for this before. They were sending out old zoom tablets without wiping the information. They are supposed to as part of their "referb" process are supposed to flash the latest firmware and wipe everything as well. I got a Bionic from Verizon that was A) rooted, B) running a windows ROM, C) had his PayPal, Google Wallet, and other financial information on it and D) a lot of really risqué contacts on it.
