Very Quick Question for OTA

If I'm rooted, and decide later that I want the OTA will I be able to get via download or anything (i know that rooted droids cant receive ota's) or am i out of luck if I miss the original ota?

All you have to do is go back to stock and you will get the update, regardless of when you do it.

oh ok cool, didn't know that, I'll def wait to see if u can still root/unroot after the ota

That is probably the best idea. Plus if you are already running a 2.1 ROM these will simply get updated with more stable/better code since they will have open access to the actual 2.1 base for DROID...so you might as well just keep updating what you have.

But that's just my opinion!
